Recovering your login credentials

If you should find that you no longer have your login credentials for your account, you can recover them at any time. Your account login ID can not be reset but can be retrieved by email. You can also request a password reset at any time.

If you are not receiving the recovery emails, your domain service may be through a reseller. You can look up your reseller as you may manage services directly with them. Some resellers allow for the management of the domain through a domain management portal. If your domain is registered through our Google reseller, follow these steps to sign in to your account.

Recovering the login ID

Your login ID will not be an email address, as Enom will only allow numbers and letters can be used when creating your account. If you are unsure of what your login ID is, you can recover it.

  1. On Enom's homepage, click My Account, then Sign in.

  3. Enter your domain name and email address associated with your Enom account.

Resetting an account password

You will need to know your login ID and account email address to request a password reset. Once you have both of those items, you can use our online tool to have your password emailed to your account email.

Important: Password reset links expire after an hour, please ensure you can retrieve the link and use it within that time.

  1. On Enom's homepage, click My Account, then Sign in.Account_Login.png
  2. Click the Forgot password link.

Enom's password requirements

Your password must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be 14-20 characters long with no spaces.
  • Must contain at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one of the following special characters: * @ - _ / .
  • Your account password cannot be the same as a password used for any other Enom-related services such as webmail. 

If you are still having trouble recovering your login ID or resetting your account password, you can submit a ticket or email help@enom.com to recover your login ID and password. Be sure to include a domain name to help us locate your account more quickly.
