Contacting my reseller

You can have your domain name registered through Enom directly, or you could be registered through one of our resellers.

Enom will still show as the Registrar for your domain on a Whois search, but the way you manage your domain may not be through our website. The best way to know how to manage your domain is to reach out to your reseller.

We understand that this may not be information you have saved or written down. You can look up your reseller's contact information using our reseller lookup tool.

Finding your reseller

  1. When you go to our reseller lookup tool, enter your domain name in the search field.

  2. Complete the captcha and then hit Search.
Note: If you get an error, please try the search again by refreshing the page.

  3. The results of the reseller will be displayed.

Contacting your reseller first

You must first always contact your reseller for assistance.

Your reseller and their agreement with you will change how you manage your domain. Some resellers will create an account that Enom can assist you with, but not all do. Your reseller will be able to direct you on how to log in to manage your domain or may be able to make the changes on your behalf.

If you are unable to get a hold of your reseller, here is our unresponsive reseller process.
