If you no longer have the login credentials for your Enom account, you can recover them at any time. Your login ID cannot be reset, but you can retrieve it by email, and you can request a password reset whenever you need one. This article explains how to recover your login ID, reset your password, and meet Enom's password requirements.
If you are not receiving recovery emails
If you are not receiving the recovery emails, your domain service may be through a reseller. You can look up your reseller, since you may manage services directly with them. Some resellers allow domain management through a domain management portal. If your domain is registered through our Google reseller, follow these steps to sign in to your account.
Before you begin
- Your account email address. Enom sends recovery emails to the address on file, and you need it to look up your login ID.
- A domain name on the account. You enter a domain associated with the account to help Enom locate it.
Step 1: Recover your login ID
Your login ID is not an email address. Enom allows only numbers and letters when creating it. If you are unsure of your login ID, recover it first, because you need it to reset your password.
- On Enom's homepage, click My Account, then Sign In.
- Click the Forgot Login link.
- Enter the domain name and email address associated with your Enom account.
- Click Submit.
Step 2: Reset your account password
You need your login ID and account email address to request a password reset. Once you have both, use the online tool to have your password emailed to your account email.
Warning: Password reset links expire after one hour. Make sure you can retrieve the link and use it within that time.
- On Enom's homepage, click My Account, then Sign In.
- Click the Forgot Password link.
- Enter your login ID and click Continue.
Enom's password requirements
Your password must meet the following requirements.
- 14–20 characters long, with no spaces.
- At least one uppercase letter, one number, and one of the following special characters: * @ - _ / .
- Cannot be the same as a password used for any other Enom-related service, such as webmail.
Next steps
- Add account security. Once you regain access, set up two-factor authentication to protect your account.
- Still locked out? If you are still unable to recover your login ID or reset your password, contact Enom Customer Support. Include a domain name so Enom can locate your account more quickly.
