You can have your domain name registered through Enom directly, or you could be registered through one of our resellers. Enom still shows as the registrar for your domain on a WHOIS search, but the way you manage your domain may not be through our website. This article explains how to find your reseller and why you should contact them first.
How domain management works with resellers
The best way to know how to manage your domain is to reach out to your reseller. We understand this may not be information you have saved or written down. You can look up your reseller's contact information using our reseller lookup tool.
Find your reseller
- Go to our reseller lookup tool and enter your domain name in the search field.
- Complete the captcha, then hit Search.
Note: If you get an error, try the search again by refreshing the page.
The reseller results are displayed.
Note: If you see the following, it indicates you are already logged into an account.
Contact your reseller first
You must always contact your reseller first for assistance.
Your reseller and their agreement with you change how you manage your domain. Some resellers create an account that Enom can assist you with, but not all do. Your reseller can direct you on how to log in to manage your domain or may be able to make the changes on your behalf.
Tip: If you are unable to reach your reseller, follow our unresponsive reseller process.
