Enom hosted mailboxes are offered in several storage sizes so you can match each mailbox to how it will be used. You can increase a mailbox's size at any time, up to the largest available size. This article explains the available sizes and how to upgrade a mailbox.
How mailbox sizes work
Each mailbox is assigned a storage size that determines how much mail it can hold. Individual users can increase their mailbox size as needed, up to 50 GB. Mailbox sizes are managed in your Enom account under Email & Apps.
Available mailbox sizes
Enom publishes the following mailbox sizes and reseller list prices. The price you charge your own customers is set by you, and significant high-volume discounts are available.
| Mailbox size | Reseller price (per mailbox/year) | Notes |
| 10 GB | $12 | Entry size for everyday business email. |
| 25 GB | $24 | For users with higher mail volume. |
| 50 GB | $48 | Largest available size. |
Note: Prices are Enom reseller list prices published on enom.com and may change.
Step 1: Upgrade a mailbox size
You can increase a mailbox's size at any time, up to 50 GB.

- Under Basic email, select the domain and click Manage.
- Locate the mailbox you want to upgrade and choose Edit (or the size/upgrade option).
