Resetting your email password

Sometimes, you may need to update or change your email password. You do not need to know the existing password when following this process. If you do not have access to the Enom / EnomCentral account to change the email password, you can also change the password via Webmail.

Password requirements

Your password must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be 14-20 characters long with no spaces.
  • Must contain at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one of the following special characters: * @ - _ / .
  • Your account password cannot be the same as a password used for any other Enom-related services such as webmail.

If you are still having trouble recovering your login ID or resetting your account password, you can submit a ticket or email to recover your login ID and password. Be sure to include a domain name to help us locate your account more quickly.

Password importance and details

Every password is encrypted for protection, cross-referenced with our requirements in an encrypted format, and then given a value that identifies the password as strong or weak. We regularly update our security methods to safeguard accounts against unauthorized access.

If your email service has been suspended, this means you have not reset your password within 30 days. You will continue to receive mail through your webmail or mail client and can use other features and functionalities, but you will not be able to send mail until your password is updated.
