In addition to credit cards, Enom accepts wire transfers, ACH transfers, checks, money orders, and PayPal for reseller account refills. This article covers each method and the details you need to ensure your payment posts without delay. All transactions are in USD.
How payments are processed
We process your payment on the day it is received. Depending on the urgency, you may send a check or money order overnight, but we cannot post any funds to your account until the bank has received the money.
Before you begin
- Send US Dollars. Enom's bank may impose a 30-day delay on payments received in a foreign currency, and funds are not posted until the bank releases the money to Enom.
- Include your login ID. Every payment must identify your account, or posting will be delayed.
Sending a wire or ACH transfer
Request US Dollars from your bank. Once you have sent your transfer, email or fax your information to Enom to ensure the money goes into your account.
Important: Always email transfer information to ap@enom.com or fax it to 425-298-2601. Include your login ID and the amount of the wire or ACH transfer to avoid unnecessary delays.

Sending a check or money order
Mail checks or money orders in U.S. Dollars. There are no minimum refill amounts for checks or money orders. When sending payment, be sure to do the following:
- Make out checks and money orders to Enom LLC.
- Include your login ID and specify that it is for an account refill (for example, in the memo field).
Mail your checks and money orders via the postal service to:
ENOM LLC
P.O. Box 95353
Chicago, IL 60694-5353
Important: Each check or money order must include the login ID in the memo field and what it is for (for example, "account refill" or "myexample.com renewal"). Missing information will delay posting to your account.
Using PayPal
PayPal is only available to reseller accounts created through enom.com. You must first link your Enom account to your PayPal account. Refills must be requested from within the Enom account; do not attempt to refill by sending money from PayPal to Enom.
Step 1: Set up PayPal authorization
Authorize PayPal once before you can use it to refill your account.
- Sign in to your account.
- Click My Account in the top-right, then select Refill Account.
- Choose the PayPal tab, then click Setup your PayPal authorization.
- Fill in the New monthly limit field and click Create contract.
- Sign in to your PayPal account and follow the steps to add the authorization.
- Once the authorization is complete, click Return to merchant to go back to your Enom account.
- You should now see a Submit refill button along with your monthly maximum and available credit.
Note: If you do not see the PayPal information, you may need to attempt the authorization again.
Step 2: Refill with PayPal
Once authorization is set up, add funds to your account.
- Sign in to your account.
- Click My Account in the top-right, then select Refill Account.
- Click the PayPal tab.
- Enter the amount you would like to add and click Submit refill.
- Enom requests the funds from PayPal. The funds are posted to the account once PayPal has authorized the transaction and released them.
Note: Keep the online access fee in mind when refilling by PayPal. If you refill for $25 and the access fee is 5%, your usable funds after the refill would be $23.75.
Note: Enom does not have visibility into the PayPal system. If a refill fails, it must be investigated on the PayPal side. You may also try cancelling the authorization and setting it up again to ensure the correct information was used.
