Important Update: All Support Requests Must Now Be Submitted by Webform

To enhance your support experience, Enom Support is moving from email-based requests to a centralized webform system. This change helps us gather the relevant information upfront and respond to your inquiries more efficiently.

What is changing

Email support is being transitioned to webforms.

Warning: Effective August 25th, 2025, Enom no longer monitors support requests sent to help@enom.com. If you send an email after this date, the support team will not receive it or act on it.

How to submit a support request

Use one of the following methods:

  1. Submit a request via the Support Form. The webform is designed to capture all the necessary details so the team can resolve your issue faster.
  2. Log in to the Support Portal and submit a ticket. You can view and manage your support tickets, track progress, and communicate with the team.

Where to find immediate help

The Help Center is available 24/7 and offers answers to many frequently asked questions.
