We are migrating your EnomCentral.com account to Exacthosting.com. There is no change to your domain name(s) services. After the migration, you manage them on Exact Hosting. EnomCentral and Exact Hosting are both owned by the same parent company, Tucows Domains. Exact Hosting has been providing domain name registration and email since 2007.
What the migration means for your services
Any domains you currently have with EnomCentral will be managed through Exacthosting.com. The migration is expected to be seamless with no downtime, and your domain(s) remain active throughout.
Note: There will be no change to your domain name(s) or DNS settings, and your domain renewal (expiration) date remains the same.
What you need to do
Nothing right now. The migration process is automatic and seamless. Exact Hosting will bring over your account without any action required from you.
About a week before the migration, you receive another email from us confirming the date of your migration. On the day your account is migrated, you receive a welcome email from Exact Hosting with instructions for setting a password and logging in to your Exact Hosting account. Once you do, you can begin managing your services through Exact Hosting.
Getting support after the migration
After the migration, you have access to the Exact Hosting support team for your domain. They offer real-time support via support.exacthosting.com from Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 8 PM ET.
