Reseller billing and payment information

In addition to credit cards, Enom accepts wire transfers, ACH transfers, checks, money orders, and PayPal for reseller account refills. All transactions are in USD.

We will process the payment on the day that it is received. Depending on the urgency of the situation, you may opt to send a check or money order overnight, but we cannot post any funds to your account until the bank has received the money. Should you encounter any issues with your reseller billing, we will be able to assist with that as well.

Sending a wire or ACH transfer

Be sure to request US Dollars from your bank. Enom's bank may impose a 30-day delay on payments received in a foreign currency. Plan for this delay as your funds will not be posted to your account until the bank releases your money to Enom. Once you have sent your transfer, fax or email your information to Enom to ensure the money goes into your account.

Important: Always email transfer information to ap@enom.com or fax it to 425-298-2601. Include your login ID and the amount of the wire transfer or electronic transfer (ACH) to avoid unnecessary delays.
